anyone driven the 3.2 TT?
just wondering if anyone's driven the 3.2 TT Coupe? Similar 0-100 km/hr as the 335 steptronic (5.7 secs). For whatever reason, to me (my opinion only) it didn't feel fast at all. Interesting, because my impression before driving it, would be that it might have a similar feeling of acceleration to the 335i (at least when I last drove the 335 a few months ago), given it's similar performance. Didn't give that push back in the seat type of acceleration.

Have not driven a tt (they certainally look the part)but i am surprised their times are similar to a 335i as the tt engine is around 190 kw. I have driven an A4 3.2 and it does not give you the push into the seat affect.
Also drove the Merc c350 200kw which did not feel like 200kw but worse is the auto gearbox. So slow, if travelling behind a slow car in i believe 7th gear and wish to overtake the kickdown; well you can have a shave and eat a cut lunch waiting for it to go. |

i found on the 3.2 a standing start was quite slow to respond to flooring whereas the 2.0T was rather responsive. I guess thats why teh reviews say its more fun to drive. it seems more responsive. I felt that the 1st 0-60 or 80 was faster than the 3.2, perhaps its because its a lighter car so it feels more "unstable".
