I have some brand new Rear Sun Shades for sale that fits perfect on our E90 and E92 cars. It actually reduces sun glare at the back window and it adds elegance to the car. I'm selling it for $60 + shipping. Shipping normally cost around $15 or less via USPS priority mail. I attached some pictures taken from my car. Pls let me know if you guys want one.

Installation is a simple process. You just need a philips screwdriver and will take about 15 mins to install. The deck does not need to be removed. This shades are aftermarket but is as close as the OEM ones.

The procedure is as follows:
1. Place the Sun Shade on the board and install the screws on each end.
2. Stretch the shades all the way to the top and place the round mount to where it is most stratigic. Mark it if you wish.
3. Install the screws (3pcs each).

Is the shade automatic?

I have one. It's not automatic, but it does the job. Not too bad of a product. The roof clips comes in this nude plastic color, and it does need to be spray painted close to interior's roof color (mine is light gray).

I do recommend placing felt between unit and leather, so there's no rubbing or possible squeaking. I bought mine from the person from (same person?) Fleabay and saved $5 ($10 shipping) instead of $15 shipping.
