I think brand new this car would have cost about $50k + tax including pdi. Its 2010 now and they are charging about 52%. Good deal?

Blackbook value reasearch shows $24000 high value.

Would this last another 8 years given the low mileage?

I would first check the date on the road, should it be late 07 you know you have one year left on manufacturing warranty the opposite could be equally true and car could have been sold and driven late 06 which makes it out of warranty. This will introduced major price difference.
Should it have one year warranty I would suggest price around 24-25K CPO 26-27K if it’s completely out of warranty I would drop the price around $1500-$2000.
If you are willing to pay the 26K range you should go CPO, for instant T&C has a similar car 2007 328i Sedan $ 26,900 - 40,380 km with CPO expiring Expiration date:*September 17, 2013..
If you plan to keep this car for long time CPO with an existing warranty is an ideal start as it will provide you a buffer to clear any issues.

Like my car alot. I dont want a 335i since a 328i is said to be more reliable..
