2011 e90 xdrive
I'm a new owner of a 2011 alpine white 328i xdrive
I previously owned a e60 525xi. I come here bearing e60 knowledge and perhaps some sarcasm from 5series.net. Looking for some simple mods to do I have a set of staggered VMR VB3's 19" in hyperblack with ET40 front and 45 rear. Do you think these will fit this car? I have not done much research yet, took the car home yesterday. I was not plan on keeping them, but it dawned on me that these wheels may fit. The car was an exceptional deal as it was a demo. So, I optd to concede xenons, which royally sucks. I've seen bimmian's HID conversion kit. Can anyone comment on the performance? (WHY DOES BMW NOT INCLUDE XENONS IN THE 328 with premium!!!!) I am planning to dechrome asap. I like the gloss shadowline trim in the sports pkg, so looking forward to rebadging and replacing the grills in gloss blk. The performance of the 3 is outstanding. I had an 06 330i, and all the great memories came rushing back. I miss a few of the luxury features from the 5, but good lord, this car is the DNA of BMW. |

Welcome and congrats on the new car!
Those wheel specs are fine for your 328...you could probably even run a 10mm spacer up front if you wanted a more flush look |

Thats great news! I will have to pickup a pair of spacers to play with in the spring! Thanks for the suggestion and for responding.
