what is the best angel eye upgrade either bulb hid or replacement and by best i mean brightest and most even under $200 cheaper is better but i understand you pay for quality im primarily looking at the gp thunder and mtec

If you are looking for an LED upgrade, I'd suggest WeissLicht. If you want just a standard hyperwhite bulb, GP Thunder or Xenesis will work.

just wondering, since i am also interested, but do you have any daytime pics of the weisslicht bulbs on an e90? i've only heard good things about them until now but i'd like to see them before pulling the trigger on a pair...

Gp Thunders and Mtecs are both fully plug and play, but they are not Led

Are you looking to stay within a specific budget?

We've seen a number of e92 owners go through the typical lower budget-priced kits, only to arrive at AiBs in the long run.
