Help!!! with misdirectional headlights

I was driving back from work when I hit a pot hole. Car felt like it had fallen from a story building, the suspension and steering started shaking. I read here that it can be from the run flats. Anyway my driver side light is shooting up and on coming traffic are flashing me, is there somewhere I can tighten them. Or do I have to remove the whole head light to see if it cracked. i'm not gonna sleep till I fix this...

Sounds like a physical failure. When the lights get effed up they automatically point down. Point up, is probably a bigger problem.

I had my headlight face down after I hit a pothole recently. I took it to the dealer and they had to swap out the entire assembly.
