What do do with my money...
If i can get 1300 bucks.... what do i do with it? I'm gettin my 335 coupe in next month (hopefully). I have read all of the posts about the Xede chip and needless to say, i'm impressed. My friends say that I should use the money for something else.... like a new shifter or something. Should I spend the money on the Xede? Or on something else?

Naa, The PROcede is more like 45-65 hp and 70-110 ft-lb torque at the wheels depending on fuel and whether or not you have an exhaust and your transmission. But that's alot of money to spend of something no one can see.
You should listen to your buddy and get the shift knob along with a Big Wing Jap-spec type-z 32 carbon fiber/titanium alloy composite rear wing double decker spoiler for that kind of money. Make sure you you get it painted a different color than your car so all can see. You'd even have some money left over for some nice stickers to put across the top of your windshield and flames on the side doors... |

I haven't even finished the brake in yet, but I'm already craving PROcede!!! How naive was I when I thought that buying a 335i would end my obsessive-modding syndrome?

Give it to me!
It's really a personal choice. If you are a speed junkie and find that the stock power of 335i isn't enough, get the PROcede. But if you like your ride to look customized and pimpish, then get wheels, ground effects kits, shift knob, custom colored floor mats, airfresheners, window tints, custom license plate frames or whatever your visual vice is. I went for the PROcede / Xede since I like to smoke ricers and give them the peace sign |

IMHO I would focus my time and money on improving how the car handles (suspension and wheels) before i started playing with the engine. The 335 is plenty quick as it.
p.s. We are still waiting to release the EVOtech SW, to make sure the motors aren't still having overheating issues from the factory. |

I really don't mean to be offensive or to flame... but should you really be getting a $47,000 car if you can't afford $1,300 or have an extra 5 or 10 grand laying around?????
Maybe I am being to critical but maybe you should have been like your buddy and purchased used 318

NaVit.... thanks for agreeing with me... I am just trying to say that people that live in apartments or with their parents should not be driving $47,000 cars.....
But since the question is at hand... I personally would get the PROcede.... I am just trying to convince myself that I won't kill myself with it considering that I have already had my 335 rocket up to 130 mph at least 5 times on a rural 65 mph highway.... My wife is convinced that I will die in this thing already...
