im thinking change the color of my wheels, how much to powdercoat or paint a set of wheels? and which one is better or more reliable? THanks guys

powdercoat is more durable and lasts longer. it usually costs around 300-400 per set of wheels..

powdercoat is the most durable way to go. itll pay for itself. 300 dollars to powder coat and last for basically the life of your rims... or paint your rims every year for 100... its highly unlikely your rims will last over a year with paint...

i have a guy that does them for 45 a wheel, i'll make sure that he can honor this price for everyone on the board. he's in socal.

thinking about getting my rims powder coated too - and at $45 bucks a wheel I have less reason to stop... might have to shoot you a PM for details on your socal guy
