things to eat- anything on the street
- theres a building next to the zhong xiao fushing sogo
its in the building with hearts of fire and justpasta if you search justpasta taipei taiwan in google and look at street view you should be able to find it it has a sculpture of an orange 98 in front of the building. lots of good restraunts there all you can eat hotpot is my favorite there.

best nightclubs- lava is all you can drink sundays -mostly locals smaller club
luxy - more foreigners 1 of 2 if you go here theres a street cart that is open behind luxy that has the best bbq ever.
room18 mixed crowd 2of 2 largest clubs in taipei
primo - usually 23-25+
spark- same as primo

pm me if you wanna know anymore things.

I know of a great Japanese restaurant to go to. It is one of the best in Taipei and maybe even in Taiwan. Not too far away from the Tunhwa Rd. nearby the Sogo or about 5 min. walk from Luxy.

The more popular area to hang out around now is the new 101 building.

If one is at the clubs at night one can find expats in the clubs and locals that speak English but generally speaking it is difficult to find people that speak English around town. Not saying that it is impossible but generally speaking the majority of the locals do not speak English like in Hong-Kong,Bangkok,Singapore or even Manila.
