Thats my e92, Mtech front bumper with 6700 Philips D1S and HID fog 6700 Philips converted H11 fog bulbs.

Now to clarify, camera's do change the look of the lights due to glare, but the combination of both lights are very well matched and i am very satisfied with my setup.

I got the 6700 D1S and modified H11 fog bulbs from Mike@f1 but from the looks of it, he has been MIA, i believe Derrick at e92-lighting sells the D1s's not sure about the H8

Try the newest D1S, they are made by Philips, and are Ultinon 6K. I've had them for 2 months now and have compared them to a lot of other cars now. They are the whitest that I have seen yet, and really throw the light far down the road.

Get them here; http://www.google.com/imgres?imgurl=...ed=0CDkQ9QEwAg

Are the Ultinon bulbs available in 6700K? Luis at OSS advises the 6700K color temp to match up with the OSS angel eyes.

Definitely see Derrick @ E92-lighting for your Phillips D1S bulbs. They are 6700k and match the rings PERFECTLY. See my post on Alex@Helix in this same section for detailed pics!! Now, if I could only get 6700k H3 and H8s.. *sad panda face*

Thanks - I've been in contact with Derrick, just waiting until the next cc cycle to make the buy on the D1S.

How was Mike getting the mods done on the H8 fogs? Was he doing it? I wonder if another vendor might step into the void and pick up where Mike left off?

I'm not sure how he got it done, he just asked me if i would like to have my fogs the same color temperature as my D1S's because at the time i was trying to match'em up myself, i tried 6k 7k 8k bulbs, and they were all off, 7k came the closest after it warmed up. so i gave it a shot and it turned out great. When i recieved the bulbs, it was labeled 6700k Philips xxx.

VERY QUICK UPDATE FOLKS, THE FOGS ARE H11 NOT H8.

H11 = Mtech front bumper (which is what i have)
H8 = Stock front bumper
