Lightweight Flywheel

I ordered an ACT organic disc and planned on keeping my dual mass flywheel but recently I have been thinking is it worth it to go with a light weight flywheel? I want to keep the everyday driveability as well as keep the chatter down but is there a good lightweight flywheel out there for this car?

I have the spec 14lbs flywheel (along with their stage 3 clutch). Drivability is great, but there is chatter.

How much chatter? Is it pretty noticeable?

How much does a lightweight flywheel make, how much dif. does it feel? Does the engine rev up noticeably quicker? When I need a new clutch I plan to go with a lightweight flywheel.

Search, you'll find quite a bit of info, my review included...ClutchMasters flywheel is A LOT quieter than SPEC (cm is 16lbs)..you'll have chatter with a singlemass fw no matter which brand..I had one but pulled it out temporarily due to a prematurely failed clutch most likely caused by a bad pilot bearing..

I strongly suggest ClutchMasters 2 piece 16lb aluminum...My whole CM kit (pressure plate, fx400 6 puck ceramic disk, single mass fw) weigh 33lbs total...OEM dual mass flywheel by itself is 36lbs so there's an impact to acceleration in 1st, 2nd but not above there...

I say only get it if you're getting a puck clutch and if you're pushing over 500wtq and the car isn't your daily driver..
