online Forgestars + tires?
Any online vendors that sell Forgestar wheels *and* tires, TPMS, mounting, etc.?
Tirerack apparently does not carry Forgestar wheels, and **********s doesn't sell tires. Thanks, Howard

The Forgestar F14 is definitely a great wheel that is strong, light weight, and is a great value! The Forgestar lineup utilizes a combination of the best methods of forging and casting methods both in the same wheel. This is called Flow Form Casting, and is used by companies such as BBS and Enkei. These wheels are made to order and can be made to fit your BMW with a large range of offsets.
Flow Form Casting is a production procedure that turns the wheel (or rim section) over a special mandrel and three hydraulic rollers using tremendous pressure. The pressure and turning then force the rim area to form against the mandrel, creating the shape and width of the rim. During Flow Forming, the rim actually "flows" down to create the full rim width. During Flow Forming, pressure applied to the cast rim actually changes its mechanical properties, so its strength and impact values become similar to those of a forged rim. That translates to up to 15% less weight when compared to a standard cast wheel. I would recommend you getting tires from a local tire store (America's tire, Discount tire, etc) as they will be able to provide you with the services locally. This is to protect you (the consumer) from any possible issues that may arise during the shipping process. Having the wheels mounted and balanced at a local tire shop will save you a giant headache. Issues such as vibrations are often times hard to diagnose as it could be one out of a dozen reasons. The local shop will be able to assist you within reasonable time and provide you with that warranty to get the issue solved. This is best for you as the local shop would be able to provide you with services locally instead of you having to ship things back and forth to solve any issues that may arise (saving you money). These shops also price match and offer incentives such as rebates for you to take advantage of. I'll shoot you over a PM with more details! - Alan |

we can mount and balance for you. The Forgestar wheels are custom and may take a while. Also, since these are not off-the-shelf wheels, you may have to consume the cost of us bringing them in, and then shipping them back out to you.
However, if you absolutely need a wheel and tire setup delivered to you, so that all you need to do is take it out of the box and put it on the car, we can do that for you!
