I love that show, it's one of my favorites. Only problem is I am getting in re-runs only, like from 2004 etc. But it is still s great show to watch.

on recent radio interview JC stated they have made no plans about next stig, but then with all the spoof stig vids and usual history of TG doing crazy things you never know. the stig brand is too big earner for TG to kill it off. you just have to look at all the stig tat for xmas gifts

I prefer him to clarkson, his voice is a bit annoying but he talks sense atleast.

Thought it was pretty good, as usual - even my wife thought it amusing and she's not into cars at all. Then again, its not really about cars as such, is it? It's blokes fooling about (e.g. the gloriously named town in Amish country, brilliant). Cars are a sort of backdrop to clownage.

One criticism; some things they pretend are spontaneous......hmmm are they really? Like the flying device fusing all the studio lights, or how Clarkson and May just "happen" to get to the studio in NYC within seconds of each other.

A million miles better than "Strictly Come X factor talent" nonsense.

I enjoyed it - looks like they're pretty annoyed with Ben Collins. Not sure whether it's a friend/betrayal thing (as they make out), or whether it's more commercially motivated.

Looks like the tiff reference is a tit for tat gag in revenge for Ben going to 5th gear.

Not sure why they didn't just get another stig like they did with perry - perhaps it was all about bens timing which left them a bit shafted?

5th gear is complete drivel, now. They are trying to be all edgey and clever, but all it comes down to is that loud mouthed chavette Henderson, squeaking and squeeling when she goes round a corner a bit fast. It also seems a little churlish of them to snaffle the Stig too; not sure what they hoped to achieve by this. It's had it's day.

TG is ultimately just a vehicle (see what I did there?) for JC to mouth off and air his opinions on national TV and for them to behave like spoilt children (beats working for a living though), however, it is more entertaining.
