DP fix questoins...

I am waiting to install my AR Design DP's till after the holidays (no time right now) but was wondering about the available DP fix/fixes out there. I have a custom tune so will need a fix....I assume!! That's why I am asking here
Do I even need a fix once I install the pipes? What other than a check engine light will happen without a dp fix? I only know of one fix and that's the BMS dp fix, any others?

You will get a service engine soon light, thats it.
