Anyone in the Alabama/ Auburn West Georgia/ Atlanta area that would be willing to help me install my new Procede on a 2008 335i? Would be willing to pay someone to help install.

Just follow the video it is really easy take your time and you will get it done trust me when I installed my first tune took me 1.5 hours now I just installed the v5 in roughly 25 minutes just get an 8mm socket, flat head screw driver an eye glasses screw driver and watch the videos.

I fully agree, but you'd be surprised just how many people don't have even basic tool-wielding skills. I've known people that don't even know what a philips-head screwdriver is. Maybe that's the case with the OP.
