How long do stock RFT last?

Have my car almost a year and have a little over 14,000 miles and the tires look like they ready to go. I am wondering how many miles you guys are getting out of your stock RFTs. I have the Msport 18s.

Mine are at 27,000 miles with plenty of tread left. Only thing is my shoulders on the fronts are worn down to almost nothing.

Depends how you drive. Mine lasted 30k miles because the previous owner was not an aggressive driver.

Why do folks assume all RFTs are the same? BMW equips their E90 cars with at least a half dozen different OEM run-flats including performance summers, touring summers, and various all-seasons.

As I have no idea of what brand or type of tire you have or how you drive, all I can do is relate my experiences:

1. Every RWD BMW I've driven tended to wear the rear tires about twice as fast as the fronts.

2. With mostly highway driving, my Z4 got 16k miles out of a set of Bridgestone RE050A first generation rears and 30k from the fronts - replacing them when down to 3/32" tread.

3. Also with predominantly highway & back road driving, the summer touring Goodyear NCTs on my 128i lasted 24k on the rear.

Like they say, YMMV.

I got just over 10k out of my rears (Bridgestones). Fronts are still good to go. Going to probably go to Conti DW's NRFT and call it a day.

it really depends on how you drive and on the surfaces on which you drive. Mine have lasted 39K miles on regular roads (city, burbs, and highway).
