Do OEM All weather floor mats exist for an e90 2011 335xi?
I've looked at a few different types of winter mats available:
OEM All weather rubber floor mats OEM rubber mats with carpeted heel pad Weathertech All Weather Weathertech Digital Fit I really prefer the OEM All weather floor mats, but the BMW accessories catalog does not list them as available for 2011 335xi e90. Does anyone have a 2011 335xi e90 with the OEM BMW all weather mats? I have a set that the parts guy at the dealership said was listed for 2008 sedan, but when I put them driver's side mat into the car, the corner closest to the gear shift does not look like it fits properly. Instead of laying flat, the front right corner follows the contour of the floor up a little towards the shifter. Did I get the wrong mats, or is that how they fit in a sedan? Thanks! |

That sounds like it could be the issue. I guess I'll have to find a 2011 catalog! Sure would be great if the BMW website was up to date.
If you happen to find the catalog and find the part numbers, please let me know. Thank you and happy holidays! |

I have a 2011 328xi with OEM floor mats and have the same problem with the corner closest to the shifter. I'd be interested to know if I have the wrong version, although I thought the xi specific mats had different rear mats, not front?

I spoke to a knowledgeable person in BMW parts at another dealership who said that the all weather mats only technically fit in the 2006 to 2008 3 series due to the raise in the floor profile near the gear shift. However, they will fit, but the corner will be raised. The rubber mats with the carpeted heel pad DO fit, but he said that they look kind of strange.
This is really silly for BMW to do. I wish they'd make the heavy duty version for 09+ 3 series! |

BMW really needs to step it up. It would be so much cheaper to simply create cars that only need 1 type of floormat, so they could not charge 150 bucks or whatever it is for them. Silly, silly.
