We are now completed with our production exhaust. We have about 40 people / shops that want them, and are going to slowly release them as we ramp up production. Here are some pictures of the first one to ship and install.

Here are the specs....

The HPF exhaust system is one of the highest flowing exhaust systems on the market for the BMW 335i with staggering 3.5" stainless steel piping and zero mufflers. Simply installing the HPF exhaust and removing your factory 335i exhaust system will take 40 lbs off the weight of your car due to it's single large diameter pipe design. This exhaust system is designed for a factory BMW 335i all the way to our future single turbo upgrade which will be coming in the near future. Don't ever buy another exhaust system. This exhaust will easily support the flow requirements to exceed 800rwhp. With 100% USA polished stainless steel and fully adjustable 3.5" titanium tips, give your 335i the look it deserves and a sound that turns heads. Think running without a muffler sounds loud? Thanks for your feedback everyone. There was lot to consider when designing this exhaust. 3.5" piping is significantly more expensive than 3", but it was essential to getting the flow we needed. V-band flanges are much more expensive but splitting the exhaust into 4 sections and using V-bands allowed us to make the exhaust easier to install and easier to ship. We could have left the tips stainless, but a lot of people want tips like our M3 exhausts. We also could have left the exhaust un polished, but we polish most of our products and that cost can be absorbed. The two merge collectors along with the flex section also adds costs that allow us to make this exhaust work for both a twin turbo and single turbo setup. The single turbo setup will run much like a Supra and will bolt directly to the V-band flange instead of splitting into two sections. The most important savings will be weight. We are weighing the factory and HPF exhaust systems right now. Many of the exhaust systems that people get these days are not made in the USA. That is why you will sometimes see inexpensive Titanium or Stainless exhausts. We could out-source this overseas, but it is currently all being built here in the USA with USA stainless steel. We always choose performance and quality over costs, but understand that we will often lose sales as a result.

I understand what you are saying, but I dont those extra little things you did justifies that price. Oh well, I dont own the company, and I know you are looking to make as much money as you can.

I was on the phone with someone couple of weeks ago regarding this exhaust and was told that it would be around 1200 ????????? I was really considering this exhaust !! It's gorgeous though

Thats good to know, Im still trying to decide if I like the burnt look. I really like it on the M3, but not so sure about the 335i.

I wish we could make more on it. This product has the lowest profit margin of any part we have produced. It's because people can often get exhausts from overseas that are made much cheaper so the expectation is that it should be cheaper to make. It just isn't that way in the US using USA steel.

It would have been nice if an option with some small mufflers would have been available. I imagine this is loud as hell. I can't imagine how this would not drone...

I understand, even though im not planning on purchasing this exhaust right now, it is still number 1 on my list; and it is by far the best looking exhaust.

We just weighed both exhausts. Due to the the single pipe design, it came it at 35 lbs. The factory exhaust we just weighed at 75 lbs. Switching to this exhaust provides the lowest back-pressure of all of the exhausts on the market, but also removes 40 lbs from your vehicle.

I think your potential customers deserve a better video than someone romping on a 335i in a tiny parking lot and yelling "tell me what car this sounds like." It's not a cheap exhaust, and people should have a better idea of what they are paying for.
