okay eventually ordered v5 for 645 usd enthusiastic version hope its enough for some time (as my BIG TOMS ic also on a way to me, ordered but looks like sweeden shop out of stock will wait untill they get it in stock) from vishnu team so untill it will arrive want to get everything settled:

so when i install v5 i go into a car push the start engine but not start engine (or i can do it on engine going also) then double press DTC until my tachometer goes to 1 so its map 1 (autotune) right ? then i drive some 10 mins untill it adapts? after i put my car in garage next day i sit in a car start a car normally and autotune 1 map will be ON or i do need to make same procedure again by pressing twice DTC? Does it comes in memory?

After i want to drive in valet mode (map 0 stock) also i double press DTC untill tachometer goes to 0 right?

Lets say every time i start the engine which map will be on?

You can change maps with car on if u want. It saves your setting you last used.

so when car is on and when i double click DTC as i dont have cruise stalk button, tachometer goes from 0-1 so map 1 and if it goes to 0 then its valet mode stock? and if i leave on map 1 it will be always on map 1 even when i turn off the car?

Yes... But you are never going to drive valet mode after you try map 1.

thanks enrita hope i wont have any issues with limp modes and so on as i dont have any big mods or big mileage

yes i will dyno after ic install and then will dyno with v5 install

sometime i will drive long distance about 2000 km hope i wont problems in a road in nowhere land.......

Dont worry you dont have a jb3 i never got a limp so far on v4/5 fully modded.

how long u have v4/v5? 1 year 2 years? how many km you drove with v4/v5?

yes but bad news that my ic wont be coming untill MAY (big toms IC) ordered all parts for installation and shop discovered that they out of stock

about v5 so those all settings are save each time i turn a car off/on? i mean if i drive map 1(autotune) and turn off on car all settings will be save no need to adapt again?

And if i turn to valet mode and then to map 1 (autotune) i will need to adapt it again or no?

on V5 autotuning is persistant so you can switch maps and you will start on the same autotuning values.

Since you have to wait till may you can save for some Dps as well and go stage 3

also saw in vishnu videos that in dash there is always BRAKE sign light on is it normal and its because v5 installed? and about reading codes i can do only connecting laptop and running PROcede User Software v5.00.zip program? but also i can read codes with code reader that connects to OBD II connection

also what is the first thing to do when u receive v5 i know u install it what next try autotune map.......just dont want to look so dumb but never had any tune on my car.......

the brake sign light is not normal and its not because of the V5 installed. Thats SHIV car that had that issue.

Concerning codes yes. just connect the laptop and run it with the software or with BT tool. Engine must be off for the BT tool and ignition on since if the CAN functionality is on from Procede the BT wont connect.

Before installing it you should download the maps/firmware and software from Vishnu site. In there there is a Word doc with instruction. Open it and READ IT and DO exactly whats written in there after you have connected the procede to the ECU.
You should also start reading som V5/V4 threads since seems you need to understand many different things about Procede. Seems overwhelming at the beginning but you will fast get a grip on it. just read threads about it as i did.

That second one just looks like a typical usb cable - I don't think that will help you extend anything. You probably won't need more length anyway...
