Newbie on Forum!
I just wanted to say hello and wish all a happy new year's eye!
I've been a lurker on this forum for quite awhile and kill a bit of time here despite being a full time student in medical school. Unfortunately, I am a complete noobie when it comes to tuning cars and I am not the most tech savy guy in the world :/ I recently decided to buy a V4 from a fellow member on this site and I am at a loss as to how to get the unit installed and running on my e92 6-speed manual coupe. My only computer is the new macbook air and I really don't feel like partitioning the hard drive to run windows. I am also wanting to update my V4 to V5. So here comes my two questions.. Is there any tuning house in central Texas that can help to get my unit installed and up and running? Secondly, is it absolutely necessary to get an intake right now or can I wait until spring? Sorry for the simple questions but I have a lump of wires in my backpack with no experience with modifying cars and no means of running the software. This is such a tease having the software and not being able to install it! Thanks everybody and be safe this weekend! |

post in the regional section and someone will help you out with the install. Once you get the hang of it its a piece of cheesecake.
Just lurk and search more.
