Don't know what kind of splitter that is, but those are stock M3 fenders, on an M3.

Interior dash looks to be Tan, therefore it's not an M3. The total cost to convert this thing though is probably more than it would cost the guy to buy an m3.

Looks like M3 with forced-induction. Two pipes flow better than four, so maybe the owner went for performance instead of looks.
Otherwise, it's a 335i with M3 bits and some body work.

I remember seeing a bumper lip thread somewhere that showed pics of all available lips. As far as this car, the pic of the rear looks like at the very bottom of the pic, you can barely see where the 2nd exhaust is. And it could very well be an M conversion like GS and the one in Egypt. But maybe they just didn't advertise with a post, or aren't members on this board. The ///M badge and not ///M3 badge would tell me it's not a special turbo version of a factory M3. I don't know any M3 owner downgrading that. Well then again, I had a buddy who downgraded his M5 badge to a 530i badge and raped unsuspecting cars who tried to race him..... On the track of course.

It's niterider's E90 M3. LCI tail conversion, Gintani exhaust, Gintani stg 2 SC kit. The exhaust is a quad, you can see the other pipes just inside the picture.
