E90 328i sedan Radio lighting problem
the lights on my radio illuminate perfectly sometimes and then other times the lines seem broken and some letters or numbers are incomplete. Has anyone any experience with this problem? I just bought the car from the US and BMW canada won't cover the warranty so i need help with this.
thanks |

Well if it makes you feel better I have the same problem, but it goes away for like a week everytime my dealership resets the battery...
It always comes back when its warm out though. I told BMW the dealership this and they just gave me a confused look, then reset the battery again and gave it back. In for the answer. |

Ok Thanks for the reply! i had a 2002 5 series a few years ago and it had a similar problem which i eventually solved by placing a small piece of card board behind the lighting panel. this put pressure on the lighting strip and everything came up clearer. i don't want to have to do it on this car if possible...
