Trusted me it is going to be pain of the neck for going after-market DVD player in replacing our old school stereo system for cars at this price range.....First, you need to buy a CanBus to re-connect yr steering wheel stereo control and one more Canbus to retain your rear parking sensor!! In my case, I've got the optional front parking sensor...hence, I need to buy 3 x Canbus which combined w/ the DVD player cost a bit more than HKD10K...just too much in my perspective!! Not to mention there will be lots of wires cutting and re-connecting involved which I'm hesitated if there will be any electronic parts failure occur if the Shop not doing proper craftmanship for the installation! Buying the OEM I-Drive + DVD Player is talking about Euro2.8K not inclusive installation + re-programming work to make it function in our E9X.....As a conclusion, better not touching it!
