Quick Question

Just ordered an HID H11 kit from DDM tuning and im not too sure where these two wires go (black and blue).. wondering if somebody can help me out quick.

the blue and black connectors go into the oem foglight cable that comes from the car... just plug them in and its a pretty tight fit, so they will not come loose

there as a black box with a positive and negative line running to it, not too sure what this is for but... I did buy the two capacitors to solder into the HID's incase an error was thrown. I put the HID's in without the capacitors to see if there was an error but there was none.
