E92 Business Ed Nav and DVDs

I hope someone can assist with this as it's driving me nuts!

I have an LCI E92 - build date 07/2010 with the 6 inch+ Business Nav system.

I have read lots and lots of posts and I am of the understanding that the new systems allow watching DVDs while parked.

No matter what DVD disk I insert I get an error message that the disc cannot be read. I've tried GENUINE movies and home burnt movies on +R and -R media, slow burnt at 2x speed - nothing will get recognised.

However, pop in a CD and it plays music first time, everytime!

Can someone please confirm that the Business Nav plays DVDs while parked?

The car is for the Australian market (if that makes any difference??)

In case anyone in the future has the same issue.....

I rang the dealership and spoke with a service tech - he advised that cars with "Business Navigation" only have a CD drive and do NOT have a dvd drive, thats why it wont play/recognise the discs.

Only the "Professional Navigation" systems have DVD drives and can play movies at park.
