Bumper cover, hood, grilles and vents are different, that's visually obvious. What about fog lights and small clips and all that that's inside, including air ducts. Are they interchangeable?

Check out www.getbmwparts.com and search for the LCI m-tech front. It states that it comes with everything needed to swap over except the hood and paint. All the air ducts, fogs, grilles and all that are included.
