Summary: I have a Procede v5 Enthusiast Edition that I purchased last month shortly after the official release by Shiv and company at Vishnu. I haven't had any time to install it and as of this weekend am now engaged. In short, I am starting to save money...very hard to do with such great products available for our cars and am wanting to sell this and stay with the stock setup for the forseable future. I will actually have a few more items up for sale shortly too.

Description: QTY 1 of Vishnu Tuning Procede v5 Enthusiast Edition (BNIB never installed or locked to a VIN)...no additional maps such as Autotune 2 or NA mode (map 3). According to the included paperwork, the firmware loaded is for the N54 engine and 6AT, the version loaded is the 11-25 maps with #101 firmware. I believe there are updates of one or both on their website in the download section currently and I think Shiv is supposed to release another soon addressing cold weather misfires if he hasn' t already.

Price: Currently still being offered retail by Vishnu at a holiday special price of $645 and might change at any time. I am setting the price at $580 w/ free shipping through USPS. That's a $65 savings vs purchasing from Vishnu. Again, this has not been installed so no VIN unlock purchase is required. I accept Paypal only and prefer selling/shipping to lower 48 states.

Bump....any interest? Make a reasonable offer by PM. Again this has never been used so no worries about integrity of components within such as connector pin/socket condition or lifetime expectancy of electronics within housing.
