windshield molding

the molding on my 2007 328i coupe is coming apart. its number 6 in this diagram

i believe the part number is 51317119711

has anyone ever replaced this? is it a simple diy? the car is sparkling graphite i live in south florida and my car is parked in the sun all day at work

i bit the bullet and took it to a shop. the part was 30 something buts and labor was 85. they had to take out the windshield. i picked the car up tonight in the rain and it has been pouring since. i guess this will be a good test lol.
