Electric Cutout Exhaust Install - Midas?

So I'm looking to purchase an electric cutout system for my exhaust. Seems to give you the best compromise between daily drivability and a loud exhaust system.http://dmhperformance.com/ecutout.htm - This is the system I was looking into $360 shipped, plus whatever the install is I'm guessing $150-250, not bad for $500-600.

Now my question is, would I need to goto a more professional shop to get something like this installed? I don't have any well known shops around my current location in Carbondale, Illinois and there's hardly any BMW's around here whatsoever so not too many shops with hands on experience with BMW's.

The local shop I was going to contact was a Midas. I was going to get new 4 inch tips welded on by them since it shouldn't be too difficult of a task for any shop, but now I was thinking of getting the cutout system installed at the same time. Do you think I should look for some indy muffler shops with some experience to get this done instead? I'm not looking to cheap out and save money or anything, I just don't have many options around me for the install.

Also, any idea what a reasonable price for something like this should be? And would doing the wiring for the switch be something a bit too advanced for someone like me who has no experience in doing anything of the sort?

Thanks in advance for your replies, I hope I didn't run on while typing too much, I'm a bit wired up studying right now haha
