Idrive dvd drive and movie

I just got BMW e93 from my brother however i have difficulty to open dvd movie in the drive.

First, as picture if i want to insert DVD movie which drive should i insert to?
(A/B)

Second,after inserted is always show that the disc is not supported sth like that is their anything wrong? the DVD movie i just brought and its work well at the stores.

You are from Thailand? When you drive with DVD in does it give nag screen?

BMW Thailand doesn't provide the nav dvd.

If you have the 6"+ Business Nav - it doesn't play DVDs.

If you have the 8"+ Professional Nav - it DOES play DVDs.

CCC (on picture) does not play DVD-video at all. Only navigation DVD.
To play DVD-video you need CIC

I check already, if i need to watch dvd,

change new version IDrive
Install Additional CD drive + Interface to link with Idrive monitor
