Item Interest

I'm currently in Iraq and will be coming home in a month or so. My sister in-law was driving my 08 335xi and decided to get into a fight a dump truck. She's fine, cars done.

Anyway, that means I'm in the market for a new one. I'm very set on these specifics, if I'm flexible I'll leave a note:

2008 (will consider under 40k miles 2007's, 2009 may also be considered if interior is saddle/terra brown and not chestnut brown...not sure if that's possible or not)
less than 40k millage
Automatic
Black or White exterior
Terra/Saddle Brown interior
Premium, Sport, Nav, Cold WX packages
No Accidents
Non-Smoker
No title descrepency, no lemon law
Sattelite radio (Doesn't HAVE to have it, but I'd have to purchase after market)
Warranty to 6yr/100,000 a huge + but not a deal breaker
