Inner window problems

Hey everyone im having a real problem. Everytime i clean my car inside and out, it looks GREAT. I clean both the inside and the outside of my left window. This window looks great just like all the other windows. But the minute I roll the window down and bring it back up, i have this HUGE dirty line on the inside part of the window. And its everytime i lower and raise the window. As days go by, it gets progressively worse and they begin to get stuck on the way up and idk what to do It gets to the point where the window thinks something is in the way so it stops going up and goes back down. Help anyone!?

My issue isn't nearly as bad as yours, but for me, it used to happen all the time. In my case, it was a white streaking on the inside by the mirrors. Of course, when I went to the dealer I got a big fat "CNR" on that issue. Finally I figured it out. When I go to my car wash I tell em not to buff wax by the windows, as the wax gets in the window track. Problem solved. Nothing says love like doing it yourself, and so I might just start doing that from now on.

Didn't you post this in another section as well and then report back that you had spilled something down the window?

EDIT: Check your other thread. I think there is a DIY on removing the door panel in the DIY section.

Another edit - try this for a DIY http://www.e90post.com/forums/showthread.php?t=394247

In this case the OP got some "debris" into the window tracks and the mechanism.
