I have a 2009 Alpine White over Saddle Brown 335i lease I am looking to have someone take over.

Here are the details, 36 month, 36,000 mile lease, up on Oct 31, 2012. Car has just over 12,000 miles on it now. Sport Pack Car, new (under 1000 miles) Conti extreme DW tires, set of OEM run flats with adequate tread left for lease turn in, premium package, cold weather package, USB/IPod, Sirius, Logic 7 Surround, Navigation and Steptronic.

I went with the Contis as I hated the runflats.

Lease assumption = $532.69 a month plus use tax (in NC it totals $548.67 with the tax included.) The only catch, is I have MSDs on this car, which I would need you to pay me for but of course you get back at the end of the lease. This is a great lease on a great car, it is just that my new job is only 3 miles from my house so it is kind of extravagant and it just does not get driven at all. In the past 6 months, I only put about 3,000 miles on it.

The current buy out on this car is right at $40,000 and it has the dark burl wood trim.
