Rockchip on window sill, how to fix?

I washed the car and found 2 rockchips...

1 was on my rear lip spoiler, not too worried about that, the other one that i want to fix is the rockchip on the black part between the front and rear windows, its metal, and i am worried about it rusting, does BMW sell touch up paint for this part? What should i use to fix it?

Someone recently tried to break into my car and had bent that peice, i had it changed, it was only about 30 dollars, i dont know how it would look with touch up, and if you do touch it up you will always have the indent there so it will always catch your eye.

if it was bent and not cracked, i will take a wild guess and say it is a painted aluminum piece and not plastic. Plastic dont bent and they normally retain their shape and if you put too much pressure on plastic, it will crack.

30 bucks is not bad but I wonder how to remove that piece for us diy addicts.

I dont know how to remove it or if its easy, when my peice was bent they also broke the window, so when i took it into the shop they replaced that peice also but i remeber they only charged me 30 dollars for the cost of the part.
