By looking at your pic, it looks like that the quads would fit an m3/amuse rear perfectly?

Doubt it... the space between the 2 inside tips isn't narrow enough.

Yes it is possible. Just cut the dual tips off and weld in single ones on each side.

It's not required but it looks nicer in my opinion. Some people just cut the stock bumper carefully with a dremel tool or sharp knife.

Maybe go the cutting route first and see how you like it, then get the valence cover later on?
