i wasn't able to make it last year, but they charged each car $10.

historically, bimmerfest used to be held at bmw of santa barbara (the dealer is called something else now) for free. it's grown so big that they had to move it to earl warren showgrounds to accommodate everybody. i remember the last years they had it at the dealer, there would be a lot of cars circling around trying to park nearby, and some pissed off people.

i think the car entrance fee is fine. they need to pay for the facility, you get a raffle ticket out of it, and part of it goes towards a good cause.

Yeah no problem with the entry fee, plus part of it goes to charity

just wonder if the nomination changed from last yr?
