Wheel Rubbing?

Hello,
I have a e90 330i sedan. This car has sport suspension and comes stock with 255/30/18 at the rear. I put on 265/30/19 and I have a rubbing issues. I am thinking of getting 255/30/19 instead. However, would the rubbing continue?
Anyone that has this set up, please let me know.

The fenders are already rolled. Im wondering if the 19in rims with affect the rubbing when the car came stock with 18in rims while having the 255 in the rear.

what offset are the wheels? I have a 2008 e90 with sport suspension with 9.5/+25 wheels and a 265/30/19 tire. Mine do not rub. My fenders are not rolled. sounds like maybe you got M3 offsets?

What are the width and offsets of the 19" wheel?
