anyone know good fittng M3 style hood for E90 05year, any retailor recommand?
i don't need CF cos i'm going to paint it black, so justa regular fiber glass made or so will do me good

i heard people said the taiwan made is quite good and nice fitting and more importantly it is much cheaper than the bmw made but i don't know where cn i get it...

Hey bro, I've been looking for one for months! I only found one that I like. I emailed them but never got a response. I would call but I don't speak mandarin. They are in Beijing and this is the hood that I like. http://hdautofans.com/p_imna17541.htm If you speak mandarin, maybe you can help check it out?

There's one other one by Carbon8 but it looks awful! The powerdome is too flat and falls off...kinda looks like a flat thumb on the hood.

the beijing supplier is not a problem for me cos they do cash on delivery service,
i can tell them to ship the hood to my china working place and then i can arrange speedpost mail it back to HK but the shipping cost would be around few hundreds from beijing to my place then to HK.
the hood cost 3800rmb = hk$4500 plus shipping so it will be end up at least hk$5000 something
but i don't want CF...and it seems like there is no other choices around

Hi Alan, I don't mind paying for that if they are a legitimate business operations. If you buy any other hood/shipping from UK/US, it will cost you well over US$1k. I don't have the kind of logistics as you have though.

I do plan on painting the hood as CF will make the car lighter. Perhaps they can give some discount if we take 2 orders?
