PROCEDE V5 and TPMS

Just wondering if anyone had an answer to this, I currently have my winter wheels and non-rft tires on for the winter season and had the flat tire warning on the whole time my car was on, then I recently installed the procede v5 and I no longer have the warning on.

My question is if TPMS works with the procede v5 ?

the procede has nothing to do with your TPMS.

So its a coincidence that after I installed my Procede my dash started showing "All systems are ok", even though I have non-rfts without sensors on ?

Maybe CANClear is turning off the lights? I turned CANClear off... in my experience, it's somewhat buggy.

i have a procede and wheels with no TPMS. The procede does not suppress TPMS warnings. It will reset the TPMS warning, if the proper command is passed in the command system. However the light will come back on if TPMS's are not found on your wheels.

Have you driven the car yet? The light should come back on.

I think the cold weather effects the system (and your tire pressures) I notice that in cold weather my warning light occassionally comes on. The colder the weather, the lower the tire preassure (by a little). I could also effect the functionality of teh senser perhaps.

I'd hope that's obvious, but never know. Can I get those tires with TPMS attached please?

That usually runs you about 2 or 3 dollars extra per wheel.

You do have to reset the TPMS when you swith wheels (sensors). Not sure if that would effect the ops question or not?

Well you need to or your tpms will not be operating correctly.

RFT or NON-RFT has nothing to do with this. .... You probably dont have the TPMS sensors , only the newer car has them. I dont have them for example , mine works with the ABS sensor
