Yep, they are included. I had a xenon headlight go out on my E46, and it was replaced without any problem.

Almost. It would be covered under maintenance, not warranty.

They will, obviously, not cover aftermarket parts...

Depends on the dealer. I had a front corner light replaced on my X5 after the maintenance warranty was up and they did not charge me.

Kicked the rear ashtray off and broke it and got it replaced for free with no charge at all
