BMW dealer says I dont have any recalls for hpfp?

Hey guys I had my hpfp replaced in July when it failed. They replaced it with the pump 113-51-7-594-943. I thought there was a more current one that BMW released after all the bad press. Anyways I told my rep I wanted the new pump and new injectors and he said my car didnt have any recalls. My production date was 5/31/07

Your car was built after 04/2007, so it should qualify for injectors I would think. As for the HPFP, I believe your car already has the new version since you have a 943 pump.

production date is not a full qualifier --

if you car does not show on the dealer print out from BMW they cant do anything for you. the cars are being address in waves, rather than all in one fell swoop, this help keep enough parts in stock and eliminate shop overload.

if you car is affected by the recall you will receive a letter sooner or later -- by law
