I'm interested in the car, but I'm new to the forum and permission to PM is not granted for 24 hrs.

Did you drive the car weekly, though?
If not, low mileage is not so good compare to well maintained 20k~30k km ones

The car was/is driven once a week during the warmer months when the roads are clean; i.e usually between April and October.

Nothing wrong with storing a car, as long as it is stored properly and in the correct environment.
