I remember some discussion at Benny Hana's about service advisors.
I recently had a great experience with Bret at Rallye. He was thorough, knowledgeable and accommodating. |

I dealt with brett at oyster bay and Rallye he was very informative and helped me BEYOND when he worked at Oyster bay, dennis i had issues with tho 1 time which wasn't resolved for 3 months bc of a tire warranty claim that rallye claimed had a "nail" in it and losing pressure tho it didnt upon review of my insurance co.
Oyster bay is open again and alot less hustle and more of a 1 on 1 with you and your SA.

Not my normal dealer, but even so Dennis took care of me when I blew out a tire on my way to long island a few weeks ago. Very good guy.
