I think SSR SP-1 makes your criteria in 18s

(19's are shown.)

Never knew these were available but I guess SSR makes a GT-03 in stepped lip. Saw this on www.stancenation.com

Those SSRs are called Werfen GT-03 they are listed under the Semi Solid Forging line up.

I knew they were listed there but I had no idea they were available in the stepped lip. I thought it was only available in the regular lip.

That JZS161 looks good on the GT-03's, that wheel isn't too popular in the Japanese community but the VIP scene is starting to come back!

Check out the new "Werfen" GT-04 for 2011.

I could get you these iSS FS-5 wheels in 18" or 19" staggered for very close to your budget. You can get them with a step lip.
