My Plasti-Dipped Grills *Pic*

What's up guys.. I just wanted to share a pic of my plasti-dipped grills... I did the kidney grills, and the lower grills. I followed a DIY on the forum they came out pretty good!

There is just a small spot on the lower grills that the plasti-dip pulled (even though I tried to cut it). Once it's gets a little warmer out I am going to fix it.

Pic!

Nice!!! Best way to save money. Make sure you sprayed alot of coats bc when a pebble hits it, it will chip.

Looks great!

It was a great way to save money! I applied 5-8 coats on everything. I've been driving around for about 1-2k miles already and it still looks perfect. If the kidney grill does start to chip I am just going to purchase the matte black kidney grills. As far as the lower grills I am just going to leave those sprayed as they are not nearly as much of a focal point.

Sal, nice meeting you too! Thanks for coding the amber corner delete for me. I think I am just going to remove that other amber bulb, who cares if my car tells me I have a light out when I get in

PS: Who was the other guy with the black e92 that was outside with us? I totally forgot his name, i feel bad!

I cleaned it very well before painting it. If I was using regular spray paint I would have sanded it, but since it's plasti-dip there's no need to.

I used the whole bottle of cleaning solution on them. They aren't bright bright white but they seem alright.. I didn't know they were THAT dirty before I purchased them.

As long as it's all red they are recharged fine right? I can take a pic once they dry

I'm always looking for a reason to bust out the DSLR
