Ebay Lights, are they compatible?

Hi Guys,

I'm new to this forum but frequent other BMW forums as I have an E60.

My bro in law has an E90 and wants to install the following lights:
http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...ht_6101wt_1165

At the moment he has the following lights:

My question is, are the lights compatible?
And if yes, what will need to be wired to where?

Is there any vendor on here that sells these lights? I would prefer to buy from a recommended supplier from here and support the forum than off eBay.

Stay away from Ebay lights. If they're cheap which those are it's because they're junk. I would check the private seller section on this site first. There are lots of good deals on there. You have guys selling new stuff or parting out cars for lease returns.

Thanks for the advice, as I am new here, are there any recommended vendors?

He really wants to upgrade his lights to have halos.

I agree, don't go with those if you are doing aftermarket. I suggest the DEPO Projector90's which are the best aftermarket option for the E90s. We offer them with preinstalled HIDs (with error cancelers to prevent bulb out warnings) and LED angel eyes.

They come from the factory with halogen Angel Eye rings, we offer the LED bulb upgrade as an option. We also offer HID low beams (4300, 6000, or 8000 Kelvin Color Temps) and error canceller units to get rid of any errors that the HIDs may cause (not required for all vehicles, but I recommend purchasing them just in case you need them, you can always return them if you don't).

Note that all NA Spec vehicles will require the purchase of the Euro-Spec turn signal bulb socket/holders as the OEM NA Spec ones will not fit these Euro Spec headlamps.

Here’s some installed pics courtesy of our customers.

We also now offer them in an LCI style with LED turn signals on the side.
