Speeding ticket in MA points transfer?

So I went to Boston last weekend and I got a 91 in a 65 $260 bucks but more importantly I hear points may possibly transfer to NJ anyone have any hard evidence ?

I wasnt in my 335 so please don't advise a laser jammer or radar because my 335 is equipped.

The trooper used lidar or laser and the ticket was marked estimated so I don't know if that would hold any water ?

I'm not 100% sure, but I think NJ "caps" out of state tickets at 2 points, which can be removed with a defensive driving course.

Yes you are right. Here is the Law

Title 39:5D-3 stipulates that MA will notify NJ of the conviction.

NJSA 13:19-10.1 stipulates you will be assessed 2 points for an out of state moving violation.

pay tix + defensive driving course = 0 points left -- seems cheaper than a lawyer no?

Defensive driving courses

Most road accidents are caused by driver error. To reduce the likelihood of being involved in an accident you need to understand the concept of “defensive driving.” This course will provide you with standard accident-preventing techniques.
Upon completion of the defensive driving course:

* Two points will be removed* from the accumulated points you currently have on your license

If he put the wrong state can't you just fight it easily and get it dropped???

Cop doesn't even know what state he's in, I think he should take a drug test lol
