E90 LCI Different between non-m tech and m tech side skirt?

I have front splitters for my E90 Lci and I'm looking to install mtech rear bumper and side skirt, however, I really don't see there is much different between mtech and non mtech side skirt. Can anyone please tell or show picture about there different?

Just to confirm, mtech rear bumper and side skirt will fit for both E90 and E90 lci, right?
