those are not Euro (rear) Lights...Euros have amber rear blinkers, US have red...and you're looking at blacklines...

That Technik e90 trunk looks great!

? You mean technically they arent european? because listed in the specs he claims they are "european style lights".

"he" is wrong lol, they are a BMW accessory, listed in the catalog as an accessory, even in Europe. Euro lights are red like ours, except they have an amber turn signal.

I'm going to do this as nicely as I can:

Welcome to the forum. As a member who's been here for over a year, I can tell you that this forum is a GREAT source of info. e90 post has been around since early 2005, and as such has over 1000 members. You are not the first to inquire about blackline tailights, euro spec headlights, or any other lighting mod. I'm going to give you some important tips:

1. search and surf the forum. There's a good chance your quetions have been asked and addressed before. Sometimes you want quick answers, and searching may take time...but searching will pay off.

2. Be patient with questions. Somebody, somewhere will answer you.

Now as for your questions:
1. Blackline sticky: http://www.e90post.com/forums/showthread.php?t=34119

2. Euro taillights (pic#1) amber glass makes an amber turn signal
NA spec tailights (pic #2) red glass makes tur signal red
Blacklines (pic #3) white glass with amber bulb makes amber turn signal

3. Ther are a ton of threads on euro spec headlgihts. Just enter that topi in the search area and have fun!

When you have other questions as you mod your car don't be afraid to ask, but please use the search function and enjoy the whole site as well.

BTW: ignore the chrome trim in the pics...

Hey chill out buddy did you disreguard the post above yours? or do you just want to tell me agian for the sake of being an asshole.

I only need to be told once...I will admit I am new to the e90/as well as the online forum (e90post.com) and I understand that I should use the search function instead of posting an entire thread when my answer is probably been answered in a Sticky, Thankyou to Chesmu for enlightening me on this, I do appreciate it.

lol i think european dealers notify car buyers about the special accessories not on their website... whereas american dealers just go heres the car... here are the packages... blah blah... i never knew there was a m-aero or else i would have gotten it while I got the car.

Just thinking, can I just replace the turn signal bulb in my US spec taillight with an amber one? How that will look like I wonder?

Has anyone tried? And which bulb should I get? 7507?

You can try but what it will do is simply make the turn signal darker. The bulb inside the US spec is clear yet it blinks red because the lens of the taillight is red. With the European amber ones the bulb is still clear but since the lens is amber it blinks amber.
