HELP!! rear turbo leak red flag??

Just had a 07 335i coupe pre-inspection done. The shop found a leak in the rear turbo? is that covered under the cpo warranty? would it be considered a major repair? reoccuring problem? this would be my first bmw. still considering purchasing this vehicle. your input is needed. pls help.

was the shop a BMW dealer? I would just call BMW and ask them. Before I bought mine I called BMW about a few issues and they were able to give me the answer.
